Sayenko Kharenko’s scope of work covered elaboration of brand protection strategy and its further implementation, including pretrial arrangements (cease-and-desist letters and related work), enhancing level of brand protection on the Internet, and litigation-related advice. Thanks to joint efforts of both legal department of the Client and brand protection team of Sayenko Kharenko the unlawful brand use was ceased or reduced to zero business activity. Our team for the current project included senior associate Borys Snizhko and IT-group coordinator Mykyta Polatayko and was led by senior associate Oleg Klymchuk .
