OTP Leasing LLC – advising on acquisition of leasing portfolio of ING Lease Ukraine LLC in the aggregate amount of UAH 500 mln

On 04 June 2013 OTP Leasing LLC, a member of OTP Group (Hungary), completed the transaction on acquisition of leasing portfolio of ING Lease Ukraine LLC (ING Group (the Netherlands)) in the aggregate amount of UAH 500 mln. The transaction documents were signed on 22 March 2013.

The above transaction is considered to be the largest in the history of the Ukrainian leasing market.
