Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HR and talent acquisition processes
• Coordinate on-boarding and adaption
• Talent management
• Employer branding activities
• Develop coordinate student sourcing: collaboration with universities, student organizations, etc.

Requirements:

• MS/BS Degree in Economics/Social sciences or related
• 3+ years of HR management/coordination experience in modern developed IT Company
• Fluent English
• Talent and people management experience
• Talent acquisition experience
• Relocation readiness to Bulgaria
