Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of delivery for client relationships;
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the current account;
• Interacting at the highest level in client organizations;
• Actively supporting the sales effort on new business development pursuits;
• Effectively managing and resolving personnel and project-related issues;
• Providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, company, and client team members;
• Providing final quality assurance functions and assume ultimate responsibility for all client deliverables;
• Managing several concurrent projects and/or project managers;
• Ensuring consistent approach and solution quality across engagements;
• Monitoring all schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

• Five (5) years of experience in project/operations management and team leadership is required;
• Project Management training is required;
• The ability to analyze job content and make recommendations;
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Exceptional organizational and control skills;
• Must be able to work independently to gather requirements and translate those into solutions;
• Must be proficient with the use of MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point;
• Experience with Demandware a major plus;
• PMP certification a plus.
