Responsibilities:

• working on the company 3D-projects;
• coordination of the 3D-designers group (2-5 people);
• distribution of allotted work and quality control;
• work optimization and searching for new technologies;
• helping team members in dealing with art tasks  and taking part in the accomplishment of those tasks

Requirements:

• at least 1 year work experience in a similar position;
• modeling and rendering experience for movies;
• 3D portfolio;
• fluency in 3dsMax (Maya — desirable), Photoshop, Zbrush, Mudbox, Vray / MentalRay;
• deep understanding of the games graphics production technology and videos (high- and low-poly modeling, mapping, rendering, non-character animation);
• fluency in English (oral and written);
• good sense of color and proportion.

As plus:

• higher art or architectural education.
