Rules for information use

These rules concern the information placed on the Ukrtelecom official Internet site, and the exclusive right to it belongs to Ukrtelecom JSC.

You can use such information for your own (non-profit) needs, and you can not use such information from the Internet site personally or through third parties, partially or in full, if such information use directly or indirectly is aimed at getting profit.

In the case you have some other aim of such information use than your personal need you have to agree such intention with an authorized person from Ukrtelecom sending your order by e-mail. 

Surfing our Internet site, you have no right to the following:

• Send or forward files with viruses;
• Send or forward any messages, files or programs, application of which infringes  third parties’ rights;
• Unauthorized sending of advertizing messages to the e-mail addresses on the site.

Violation of the rules for this site, including but not limited to, illegal exploitation of the information, shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the current Law of Ukraine, including indemnity of property damage and spiritual injury. Ukrtelecom JSC reserves the right to modify these rules.
