REACH ON PLANT

On November 21th, 2008 specialists of PrJSC “Donetsksteel” successfully submitted pre-registration of substances which is considered to be the first and obligatory stage according to REACH Regulation. 19 substances were pre-registered in European Chemical Agency (European Chemicals Agency — ECHA, Helsinki, Finland). Realization of this scheme allowed the company to continue its EU export smoothly until December 1, 2010.

In November 2010, specialist of PrJSC "Donetsksteel" successfully completed all the steps of the second and final registration stage according to REACH Regulation with export tonnage band over 1000 tons/ year. Completion of registration process allows the company to continue its EU export smoothly within unlimited period.

Currently, the department of organization of product registration according to REACH Regulation PrJSC "Donetsksteel" is proceeding taking actions related to compliance with REACH requirements.
