Ukrinbank plans to increase the authorized capital at 25%

Ukrinbank plans to increase the authorized capital at 100 million UAH, or at 24,7% - up to 505 million UAH by the help of extra issue of shares. It was stated by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the credit and financial institution Vladimir Klimenko.
