After your registration has been processed your profile will automatically receive the most optimal exercise complexes. Then you will be able to add any new complexes of exercises to your schedule and/or to delete those that you do not consider effective.
Add a complex of exercises. In order to add the new exercises you have to enter the main PersFit site. Choose the “exercises” in the top menu by pressing "+" located opposite the complex you would like to add. As soon as these exercises have appeared in your profile, open the PersFit Widget and complete the “synchronization”.
Delete a complex of exercises. In order to delete the exercises you have to enter your profile at the main PersFit site. Choose “My exercises” and press "-" located to the right of it, opposite the complex of exercises you would like to delete. Then open the PersFit Widget and press the “synchronization” button.
Change the order of appearance of exercise complexes. You can change the order of appearance of exercise complexes in the widget with the “Up, Down” arrows located to the right of the complex in your profile at PersFit. Complete the “synchronization” to pass the data to the widget.

Choose the “exercises” in the top menu by pressing "+" located opposite the complex you would like to add. As soon as these exercises have appeared in your profile, open the PersFit Widget and complete the “synchronization”.

Choose “My exercises” and press "-" located to the right of it, opposite the complex of exercises you would like to delete. Then open the PersFit Widget and press the “synchronization” button.
Change the order of appearance of exercise complexes. You can change the order of appearance of exercise complexes in the widget with the “Up, Down” arrows located to the right of the complex in your profile at PersFit. Complete the “synchronization” to pass the data to the widget.
During your registration some active motivations will be added to your profile. You may delete, supplement, and edit them, as well as create your own motivations.

A dialogue box will appear in front of you. It is where you can edit the motivation chosen, add a photo to it and determine its status (public or personal). You’ve done the exercise, and this is great:)
You’ve had no wish to do your exercises. Your motivation will appear after a set period of time (by default in an hour).
You’ve failed to distract your mind to do your exercises. Your motivation will reappear in 5 minutes.
The possibility to look through all of your exercise complexes and/or to choose one to be done out of its turn.
Within every period (once per hour by default) there will appear your motivation to do a few simple but effective physical exercises without leaving your workplace.
- If you are busy at the moment, you can either close your motivation or ignore it (in the latter case your motivation will disappear after 30 seconds and after 5 minutes another one will appear reminding you of a sports break in between your work).
-If the motivation on screen works in your mind or/and if you find spare time, please click on its text to open the main program and see the present exercise complex within.
You can either do/reject/postpone the exercise complex or choose another one that you find more suitable for the present moment.

In order to adjust the widget’s parameters, you have to click on “Options” in the upper menu of the supplement where you will be able to change the interface language, set the time interval for your motivations to appear, choose between the types of exercises, set the auto-pause time, choose a sound signal and adjust its volume.
Complexes. A complex of 6 to 8 exercises shown on screen at the same time will appear in the widget window. You can control the time required to do the exercises by yourself with a stop-watch in the upper left corner of the screen.

Synchronization - is an operation when the widget updates the information about your exercises and motivations by getting synchronized with the main site. Synchronization is done automatically when you start the widget, but it should be done manually in case you have changed something in your profile.
You can change the order of appearance of exercise complexes in the widget with the “Up”, “Down” arrows located to the right of the complex in your PersFit profile. In order to pass the data to the widget you have to carry out synchronization.
It is the time after which your motivation (15 sec exercise) will appear on screen to remind you of your exercises. The time period is set in seconds: from 5 to 300. You can choose the most suitable time for you to exercise in the widget’s options.
An auto-pause - is the time after which the program switches to “pause” mode automatically in case your keyboard and mouse are inactive. When you come back to work on your computer, the countdown before the next time to exercise will begin again. Switching the supplement to “pause” mode can be regulated in the options in the auto-pause time parameter.
By hovering a cursor over the PersFit symbol in the lower right corner of your computer screen you will see how much time is left before the end of the period (until your motivation arrives).
By pressing the right button of the mouse you can enter a short menu where, if necessary, you can switch the widget to “pause” mode, as well as recommence the work of the supplement by yourself. In the former case the countdown will stop, whereas in the latter one it will start working again.

By pressing “Edit the profile” on your page you will be able to add/change your personal information, to add/change a picture, to set the privacy of your profile, and to change your password.
Keeping statistics will help you to see the progress you are making. You can look through the results of your training any time. Whether you do your exercises or not, it will be reflected in your statistics at the site. Then you will be able to look through them in your profile by pressing “My result”, and see which exercise complexes you most often do and which are not interesting at all. There is also your motivation statistics where you can exactly see what motivates you and what, on the contrary, makes no effect. In this case you are able to add new exercise complexes or motivations to your profile, as well as to delete those that you do not need.
By clicking on the flags in the upper right corner of your computer screen, you can change the interface language of your profile (Russian/English). In this case the language of your motivations and exercises will not be changed and will appear in the language in which they have originally been entered into your profile. Thus, you can have your exercises/motivations shown both in Russian and English at the same time.
In order to change the content language, you have to click on “Edit my profile” at your page and choose “Settings” , where you will be able to make necessary changes.
