He founded INSART in 1993. In 1990-s, prof. Soloshchuk acted as a sales business partner of IBM Corp. in Ukraine and had more than one time become the winner of the IBM Faculty Award for the introduction to the IBM technologies to the educational process. In early 2000, he established an IBM training center hosted by INSART. Prof. Michael Soloshchuk holds a PhD degree in technical sciences, his main specialty being Digital Signal Processing. He is the Head of the Computer Science and Intellectual Property Department of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", and a patent attorney with a focus on the patenting of technological solutions and related consulting. Vasiliy Soloshchuk Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Vasiliy Soloshchuk has over 15 years’ experience in various fields of software engineering, and over 10 years’ experience in business development and management. Vasiliy started his career as a software engineer at INSART in 2000. He has been acting as the company’s CEO since 2007. Vasiliy became the founder of INSART’s software outsourcing business. He is responsible for the company’s strategic business development, PR and marketing, B2B communication, talent acquisition and retention, key projects, product managment, and resource management and financial planning. Vasiliy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and System Analysis from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", as well as a Master's degree in Finance from Kharkiv National University after Karazin. He is also involved in scientific research, and acts as a lecturer at one of Kharkiv universities. Engineering, Business Development, and Operations Team INSART boasts a highly talented team of software engineers, architects, quality assurance professionals, and project managers. All members of our team have a BA or MA degree. Our employees’ average working experience in the IT industry is 5.5 years. However, our team includes experts whose professional experience is in excess of 15 years. Many of INSART's employees are graduates from the company's IT Incubator program, intended to train graduate students, and help them meet the existing industry standards. In addition to our brilliant development team, INSART employs a number of first-rate, seasoned business development, marketing, HR, finance and accounting, and legal professionals who make our clients’ communication with the company efficient, smooth, and pleasant.
