Advising a global logistics service provider for raw materials on a range of issues, including secondment of staff and drafting secondment agreement as well as on issues of “dormant” status of local company, termination of employees and freezing of activities. The advice also included issues on employment of a sales manager and drafting of employment agreement and general power of attorney;  termination of employment of an employee who enjoys special statutory protection; issues of early termination of the company's CEO, negotiations on exit package, elaborating the termination documents as well as subsequent appointment of a foreign CEO including work permit obtaining and futher registration with state authorities.
