As part of the 21st International “Book Publishers Forum in Lviv”, V Library Forum is taking place (September 10 – 13, 2014), organized by the Ukrainian Library Association.

This year the Library Forum’s theme is: "Library - @n Open World." During the plenary session, the Executive Director Yaroshenko T.O. will provide a review about progress of the project ELIBUKR.
