Fighters of Battalion Donbass along with the 24th Brigade are in control of the city. Local residents who had fled the city during the occupation are returning via groups of cars to their homes. Those who stayed were finally able to leave their basements and underground covers. There is no power in most areas due to major damage to the power lines, however the brigade has promised to resume the electrical power supply within 3 days. Significant damage has been done to the residential housing by the continuous shelling. The city’s infrastructure is entirely out of order. The Donbass fighters are distributing food and water to the local residents. The administrative structures are not in service, therefore it will be up to the soldiers with the assistance of the locals to reinstate everyday life in Lisichansk. It is only a matter of time until everything returns to normal. Glory to Ukraine!
