The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders All Stars are a competitive youth dance program who are overseen by the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders Head Coach and Coordinator Tami Krause and rehearse under the direction of MVC Alumni Kristina Ferdig, Sarah Overby, Rachel Christopherson and Meghan McBroom. The MVC All Stars have the opportunity to perform on the Mall of America Field prior to one of the Vikings home games as well as numerous events throughout the season including performances at the Mall of America. The MVC All Stars will also compete locally and nationally again this year.
The MVC All Stars are made up of four elite team divided by grades K-12. The members are selected during an open audition process held each fall.
This is one of the first competitive Junior All Star squads in the NFL! One of our biggest goals is to challenge the young All Star members to become better dancers and performers, by providing them with unique dance opportunities, while also promoting life skills.
As the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders enjoy giving back to the community, the MVC All Stars also take time to volunteer in the community through various charity events and activities as a team.
Continuing their success, the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders All Star teams have won many National Championships and other prestigious awards since their first year in 2007. These teams continue to grow and excel each season. What an amazing group!

The MVC All Stars program was established in 2007.
The 2013 MVC Training Program consists of 35 ladies who have been spending their summer and fall dancing, working out, practicing interviews, cheer motions, technique, and most importantly, making new friends! Every Tuesday night, the ladies spend two hours working towards self improvement and getting ready for the 2014 MVC Auditions. Besides practice time together, this incredible group of ladies performed at a Vikings home game, and the MVC holiday show in November. The ladies have been learning different styles in dance to help the group be as versatile as possible, and are pushing themselves towards their own personal best. They are an amazing group- full of talent, charisma and kindness. As you can see from their professional photo shoot; they are also beautiful - we are excited to see what the future holds for all of them!
