LOCATION
Will Call is located at the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office which is just outside the NRG Plaza Gate across from the Patriots ProShop.
POLICIES & INFORMATION
Pre-ordered tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call ticket envelope. Photo identification is required. Individuals are not permitted to leave tickets at Will Call for another party to pick up. Patrons must pick up all tickets left at Will Call. If picking up media credentials left by the Patriots media relations department, please go directly to Media Will Call, located at the south end of the stadium.
Gillette Stadium offers a full range of opportunities for fans with disabilities. It is our hope that this information provided below, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit to our stadium a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
GUEST SERVICES
Gillette Stadium Guest Services are located at midfield on the main and upper concourse levels. These service centers are staffed by trained personnel.
TELEPHONES
An accessible telephone is located on the 100 level at section 136.
ELEVATORS
Public elevators are available for guests with mobility issues. There are two elevators located in each EMC Suites entrance. Gillette Stadium's elevators, located at E2, E3, W2 and W3 entrances are available for use by patrons with disabilities. Usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and three companions at all times these entrances are open. In the last 45 minutes prior to the event start time, usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and one companion.
RAMPS
Code compliant public ramps are available in Gillette Stadium. These ramps are located at the Bank of America, Patriot Place and uBid.com entrances.
ESCALATORS
Club escalators are located at the east and west club entrances for patrons with Putnam Club tickets only.
RESTROOMS
All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level of the stadium.
CONCESSION STANDS
Every concession stand and bar is accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest event staff worker.
SERVICE ANIMALS

CAPTIONING & DESCRIPTION

WHEELCHAIR & COMPANION SEATING
Gillette Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sightlines on all levels. Seats designated as "wheelchair" are for wheelchair use only. Access into these seating areas is reserved for patrons who use wheelchairs and their companions. Be advised that Gillette Stadium personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seating. Patrons in wheelchairs can access these seating areas via the elevators located in the suite entrances or via the public ramps.

The fully accessible Gillette Stadium ticket office is open Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office or by phone at 508-384-9191.
ADA TICKET EXCHANGES
Should a season ticket holder require accessible seating for a particular game, accommodations may be made prior to that game subject to availability. The season ticket holder of record must contact the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office to arrange for relocation into wheelchair and companion seating. Please be advised advance notice is recommended to better service specific requests. All ADA ticket exchanges are based on a first come, first served basis. DAY OF GAME RELOCATION
Patrons who acquire tickets to a game or event being held at Gillette Stadium via secondary markets (e.g., Ticket Exchange) but who need to be relocated to a designated wheelchair/companion seating area, are required to exchange tickets day of game. Please be advised that such exchanges and relocations are subject to wheelchair/companion seat availability and are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

FLEX SCHEDULING
The NFL utilizes "flexible scheduling" in Weeks 11-17 of the NFL season. Flexible scheduling will ensure quality matchups in all NFL Sunday time slots in those weeks and give teams a chance to play their way onto primetime and into the late-afternoon 4:15 p.m. time slot on CBS and FOX. Please check www.patriots.com within two weeks of any Week 11-17 game to determine if there has been a scheduling change.
TICKET BACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket (and all season tickets, where applicable) are non-transferable revocable licenses. The Stadium (defined as Gillette Stadium, The New England Patriots, NPS LLC, and the issuer of this ticket) reserves the right to revoke such licenses, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason. The Stadium may refuse admission to, or eject, any ticket holder without refund if the holder fails to comply with any applicable rules or terms, or is deemed to be disorderly. Inappropriate behavior and/or abusive language may result in ejection (without refund), arrest, forfeiture of season ticket privileges, and other legal action. Purchase of season tickets does not entitle purchaser to renewal in a subsequent year. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury incident to the game, concert, or related events. To the extent permitted by law, the ticket holder irrevocably waives all rights of whatsoever nature against the NFL, the Stadium, other participating clubs, and their affiliates and each of their employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives (together, the "Released Persons") and releases and discharges the Released Persons from all claims, liability, costs, expenses, damages or losses (whether direct or consequential and whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the game, concert, or related events (including parking for the same) or the venue or any service provided or anything sold there, notwithstanding that it may have been caused by the negligent act or omission on the part of any of such Released Person(s). ANY PERSON NOT LICENSED PURSUANT TO M.G.L. c. 140, § 185A RESELLING THIS TICKET, AND ANY PERSON SO LICENSED RESELLING THIS TICKET ON AN AUCTION WEB SITE OR IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW, IS SUBJECT TO LOSS OF TICKET PRIVILEGES. Tickets resold in violation of these prohibitions are subject to cancellation without notice or refund. This ticket cannot be replaced and will not be honored if lost, destroyed or stolen. No person, regardless of age, may enter the Stadium without a ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. The Stadium expressly prohibits the use of tickets for advertising and promotional purposes (including contests and sweepstakes or other trade purposes). The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, reproduction, or other depiction (including text, data or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing, of all or any part of the football game or related events to which this ticket admits holder. Patrons and their belongings will be subject to search upon entering the Stadium, and prohibited items may be confiscated. The holder, by entering the search area at the Stadium entrance, consents to such searches, and by tendering this ticket for entry, waives any claims against the NFL, the Stadium, other participating clubs, NPS LLC, and their affiliates and agents. Failure to consent to such searches will result in denial of entry into the Stadium. The holder grants permission to the NFL, the Stadium, other participating clubs, NPS LLC, and their designees to use the holder's image, likeness and/or voice in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with any broadcast (live or recorded) or any other transmission or reproduction of the game, concert, or other event, in whole or in part, and for any other purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes. Dates and times of games, concerts and other events are subject to change by the event organizer. All sales are final. No refund will be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend.

The unlawful resale of tickets to third parties, including by Internet auction or on stadium property, is strictly prohibited.

EVENT DAY TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE
Text 78247 to report all incidents anonymously
While at Gillette Stadium on an event day, you may anonymously notify us of breaches of the Code of Conduct by sending a text message to 78247. For conduct and behavioral related matters, please type the word “Conduct” first followed by all relevant details. All text messages to this service are recorded and audited.
Any misuse of this service will result in the sender’s number being blocked from future use. Further, we will work with the service provider to follow-up on such misuse.
Gillette Stadium and all agencies that work to provide visitors with a safe environment ask that you cooperate fully with staff and arrive at the gates in ample time prior to the game (at least 60 minutes before kickoff). Everyone who seeks admission into Gillette Stadium must have a valid ticket for the game (including small children) and must consent to a search of their person and anything they are carrying. Failure to consent to such a search will result in denial of entry into the stadium.
By entering Gillette Stadium the ticket holder agrees to waive any claims against the NFL, MLS, New England Patriots, New England Revolution, other participating clubs, performers and promoters and any of their affiliates and agents.
Individuals in possession of a prohibited item(s) may be denied admission to the stadium, ejected or arrested and prosecuted, and may forfeit the privileges of the season ticket holder of record. Prohibited items that are discovered in the stadium will be confiscated. Gillette Stadium and its affiliated clubs, and its agents and affiliated entities are not responsible for injuries sustained in, on, or around the stadium.

BANNER POLICY
To maintain a family atmosphere, stadium management reserves the right to approve or disapprove all banners. In addition, stadium management reserves the right to prohibit banners due to space availability, banner size, interference with other fans or message content.

You may bring a small portable radio or television as long as you listen to the device with an earpiece or headphones.
