'Divergent' Star Theo James Reflects On His Days At 'Downton Abbey'

Long before Theo James signed on to play Four in the upcoming "Divergent" adaptation, the hot Brit just so happened to be a guest star on one of the greatest “Downton Abbey” episodes of all time. It was there he first got our pulses racing.

You might recall that during season one of the hit period drama (which just kicked off its fourth season in the U.K. last week), Theo played Mr. Pamuk, who died in the throes of passion while deflowering the one and only Lady Mary. It stands as one of the most memorable things that ever happened on a show where a lot of unforgettable stuff goes down.

Ahead of the new season’s premiere, we got the chance to chat with Theo about his time at Downton, where he made all the girls swoon, including us viewers at home. And, he managed to give us an amusing statement all these seasons later about the death seen around the world.

Scott Eastwood, Dakota Johnson And More Hot Hollywood Kids

It isn't often we find ourselves titillated by Town and Country (as much as we do enjoy artisanal ice creams and high-society family feuds), but the magazine's September issue stopped us (and basically the entire internet) dead in our tracks with a nautical-themed photo feature starring actor Scott Eastwood. Yes, Dirty Harry's son went ahead and made our day with a fresh-faced fashion spread and quotes like, "I want to be a man's man—not a kid actor or a glitzy pop star but a no-bullshit leading man."
