Graduates now have the option to receive a Diploma Supplement to European standards
At a Government session held 5 April 2014, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed to issue a regulation entitled Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regulation № 1260 dated 12 November 1997, according to which the Diploma Supplement to European Standards will be issued only to university graduates who opt to receive it. All other graduates of higher education establishments in 2014 will be issued with a Diploma Supplement as in the example in force before the adoption of the Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 655 dated 4 September 2013 and which is in a printed form.
