Responsibilities:

• Participation in comprehensive corporate development projects with focus on corporate governance and sustainability
• Analysis and preparation of analytical reports
• Deal with client c-level executives on project issues
• Elaboration of policies and internal standards for Russian and international clients
• Preparation of presentation materials and commercial proposals to potential clients
• Participation in corporate development projects

To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education in economics/law in one of the leading Moscow and regional universities
• More than 3 year experience in corporate governance
• Understanding of corporate governance issues, including internal audit, risk management, planning and monitoring, information disclosure, board operations, sustainability, compliance etc
• Knowledge of rating agencies requirements
• Knowledge of listing requirements at major stock exchanges
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting basics
• Advanced MS office skills (working with macros in Excel)
• Fluent oral and writing English for working with reports, internal documentation and communication with clients and KPMG Global Team
• Self-motivated, initiative, self-disciplined, willingness to business trips, incentive to studying and professional development
