Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sustainability reports
  Assurance of sustainability reports and sustainability data
• Development of non-financial reporting system (structure, processes, methodologies, templates, methodologies etc.)
• Elaboration of sustainability and community development strategies
• Development of sustainability management systems (policies, regulations, standards etc)
• Optimization and operational improvement of HSE management system (organizational structure, processes, performance management, KPIs etc.)
• Improvement of HSE compliance system
• HSE due-diligences in M&A transactions
• Improvement of HSE risk management system (risk assessments and identification, risk measurement, development of risk reporting templates etc)

To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:   

• Higher education in economics/law from leading Russian and international universities
• More than 5 years practical experience in sustainability/HSE area in consulting or in-house
• Knowledge of GRI, AA1000 standards, ISO26000, OHSAS18000, ISO14000, IFC Performance Standards, ASTM
• Knowledge of international methodologies in relation to non-financial reporting (GHG emissions etc.), community development, social, environmental and economic impact assessments
• General knowledge of IPO and M&A transaction process and ability to mark out key HSE risks in M&A and IPO transactions
• Knowledge of Russian and international legal requirements in relation to HSE area
• Basic knowledge of BAT
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced MS office skills (working with macros in Excel)
• Advanced oral and writing English
• Advanced presentation skills
• Developed network of contacts in the industry
• High visibility in sustainability area in the market
• Relevant certification (GRI certified training, IRCA, OHSAS18000, ISO14000, AA1000) is advantage
• Fluent oral and writing English for working with reports, internal documentation and communication with clients and KPMG Global Team
