New cable systems to connect Central Asia to Europe and Asia Pacific China Telecom Global (CTG) has launched two new terrestrial cable systems to further extend connectivity from Central Asia. The Transit-Kazakhstan link connects Central Asia to Europe via Russia and has a capacity of 4x10G. While the China-Kyrgyzstan cable, with a capacity of 2x10G, provides an unprecedented direct link between Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Hong Kong. With these two new routes, our customers will benefit from a further enhanced connectivity network to reach across and beyond Central Asia.
