AstapovLawyers Partners Antonina Yaholnyk and Oleg Samus attended the 5th International Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Forum REF-2013. AstapovLawyers team convinced the Russian court to apply the Bulgarian law to the dispute over failure to pay for the delivery of supplies. As a result, the court applied the Bulgarian law, and thus, granted the claim.
