AGROTRADE Group became one of the top ten leaders of Ukrainian agro-industrial complex 12.11.12 Indexes of net income and net profit (1920,8 million UAH and 1496 million UAH respectively) of 2011 calendar year let AGROTRADE Group be among the top ten of the most successful agro-enterprises of the country. AGROTRADE group launched the first stage of a new silo complex 26.10.12 On October, 25 AGROTRADE Group launched the first stage of a new silo in Chernihiv Oblast. Investment volumes at this point are amounted to UAH 30 million. On Kolomatske GCS the new site of grain acceptance is set in operation 26.09.12 Opening ceremony in Shelestove village (Kolomaksky region, Kharkov Oblast) was attended by the Board of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Enterprise where new equipment is placed in operation, Kolomatske GCS is a part of AGROTRADE Group. It is one of Group`s five enterprises to be upgraded and established new gas facilities for grain drying on. Financing for execution of the project is provided by EBRD. AGROTRADE Group acted as the partner of “Pechenizke pole” ethnic festival 15.09.12 On September, 15 2012 XI ethno-art festival “Pechenizke pole” collected nearly a hundred thousand guests. The idea of the festival based on the slopes near the Pechenizke reservoir, is in preservation and revival of national traditions and Ukrainian national culture. AGROTRADE Group has purchased Ukraina PAE based in Dvurechanskyi District of Kharkov Oblast 11.09.12 The enterprise is the 12th in the range of Group`s businesses and cultivates 2,3 thousand hectares. AGROTRADE Group completes its harvesting campaign 22.08.12 According to the results of 2012 gross harvest of winter crops at the Group`s enterprises is amounted to 42 thousand tons. Out of which winter wheat makes 26 thousand tons, barley 14,5 thousand tons, 800 tons of a rye and 700 tons of a winter rape. The European bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD) will allocate $23 million credit to AGROTRADE Group. 17.07.12 On July, 17 took place an official signing ceremony for the relevant agreement by AGROTRADE Group and EBRD. Financing will include the credit for replenishment of circulating capital to the amount of USD 15 million and a long-term credit at USD 8 million to finance measures on energy efficiency and expansion of capacities for processing and preservation of grain crops. Early grain harvest is conducting on AGROTRADE`s businesses 16.07.12 AGROTRADE Group started harvesting early grains. The Group`s businesses have already harvested nearly 60% of the winter wheat planned areas. Barley is harvested in 15% of the territories. Agrarians note a tendency to yield growth that is 33,2 c/hectares for winter wheat and 33 c/hectares for barley this year. Post-harvest disking is conducting in 85% of the total harvest areas. In the rest of the territories there is a tillage to a depth of 22-25 sm. AGROTRADE Group intends to launch the first stage of a silo in Chernihiv Oblast in November, 2012 18.06.12 Commencing June AGROTRADE Group initiated the construction of a new silo in Chernihiv Oblast (Velyka Doch, Borznianskyi District). The investments into the project totaled 64 million UAH. Commissioning of the first stage is planned on November this year. AGROTRADE Group completes sowing campaign for barley. 03.05.12 AGROTRADE Group is completing sowing of 4,3 thsd. ha of spring barley. AGROTRADE Group expands its land bank 24.04.12 AGROTRADE Group has completed a deal on purchasing of MYR Public JSC agri enterprise in Sumy Oblast. The business cultivated more than 1.5 thsd. ha is the 5th Group`s farm in Sumy Oblast. AGROTRADE Group became a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine 03.04.12 AGROTRADE Group became a registered member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC). AGROTRADE Group will be granted with a $28 mln.
