Card to card transfer of funds via ATM
Holders of international payment cards of the Bank are able to transfer funds from their card accounts to their other card accounts or to card accounts of other card holders using Unex Bank ATMs and ATMs of partner banks.
The service enables you to transfer money to your relatives and friends who may be anywhere in the world, or to make transfers between your own card accounts, for example, to deposit funds via «Card deposit» or to transfer the required amount to «Electron-Internet» card.
Terms:
-
the service is available for all cards issued by Unex Bank, except for corporate ones;
-
transfer of funds in UAH from one card account to another can be performed by a resident individual of Ukraine;
-
transfer currency — UAH;
-
transferred funds become available to the beneficiary immediately after the transaction;
-
M-Banking service users are notified by an SMS-message sent to their mobile phones on replenishment of card account.
Servicing under the service plan is carried out in two stages:
1. Connection to the card accounts service plan (one time) by processing of the respective application.
If the accounts to which transfer of funds is planned to be effected belong to another person, the Bank should be provided with written consent of such card account holder regarding its account connection to the service plan for another customer.
If all the accounts to be connected to the service belong to one person, the application of the customer owning the card accounts is sufficient. In this case, the application can be filed in person at the bank branch or remotely through the website of the Bank.
2. Effecting direct transfers via ATM:

at any time convenient for you choose the nearest Unex Bank ATM or a partner bank ATM;

insert the card to which the service was connected into the ATM;

choose section «Additional Services/Transfers» in the ATM main menu;

select «current» account type and the card account from which funds will be transferred of the list displayed on the ATM screen;

further you need once again to select «current» account type and select the account to which funds will be credited under this transfer of the list displayed on the ATM screen (beneficiary account);
-
type in the transfer amount;
-
take the receipt confirming successful transfer.
The Bank’s commission fee for the transfer depends on your service plan and makes as follows:

for all private cards the fee makes 0.5% of the transfer amount;

for «Card deposit» service plan the fee makes 0.4% of the transfer amount;
-
for salary and budget cards fee for this service is not charged.
