We take every step to make your feel comfortable and confident from the first minutes at Innovecs. From our clear onboarding procedure you will quickly learn about company’s mission and goals, roles and responsibilities, policies and rules, will have a tour of the office and meet the team. Follow-up Intro-Dive session, when you meet all your key contact persons from the internal departments, is specially intended to answer all your questions after your first 2 weeks within Innovecs. Show more Tech Hangout Tech Hangout is an event, organized by our developers for knowledge and experience sharing. The concept of the weekly meeting proposes a 30-min report and 30-min free discussion on the topic previously defined. This internal initiative has proved to be so popular and high-demand that Hangout own logo, blog and group on Facebook with the opportunity to discuss information heard have been created in a short period of time. Furthermore, in June 2013 this educational initiative, which was born within the walls of the company, went out of the office bounds. We successfully hold the first external meeting of Tech Hangout Community devoted to Front-End, which gathered more than 50 developers from different companies. Show more Fresh Up Breakfest Fresh-Up Breakfasts is another regular educational initiative aimed at developing rather soft skills than technical. These biweekly morning meetings are run in "easy" informal way – in a form of friendly discussion on a predefined topic. Conducted by the moderator of the meeting, accompanied with freshly brewed coffee and tasty pastries or seasonal fruits. Each member of our team is invited to share his experience or learn more about a number of important non-technical topics such as how to communicate with clients effectively, how to prepare for the presentation, we talk about the peculiarities of cross-cultural differences and about many other things, important for successful IT-career at Innovecs. Show more English Classes At Innovecs, we demand certain level of English skills from our employees and take this factor into consideration when hiring the personnel. Also, we understand that for successful communication with clients your English skills should always be improved. All Innovecs’ team members are welcome to attend English Grammar classes. English classes are held in the form of communication classes and grammar lessons and conducted twice a week in our office.
