Four Points by Sheraton Zaporozhye earns 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

Budhouse Group is pleased to announce that FOUR POINTS by SHERATON Zaporozhye has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Earlier this year Four Points by Sheraton Zaporozhye has received in its first full year of operation excellent customer reviews from internal guest surveys, a comprehensive questionnaire covering physical features such as design, hotel facilities, comfort of stay, amenities services provided by the hotels associates amongst others, which has led to achieving a top 3 ranking within Starwood hotels of the region on “guest loyalty and service scores”
Four Points by Sheraton Zaporozhye is located on Shevchenko Boulevard and Embankment crossing in the central part of Zaporozhye. The hotel includes: 165 numbers, 2 restaurants, bar, cafe, fitness center, SPA, congress hall/ banqueting room, meeting rooms. The hotel possesses all corporate attributes of a brand, including a Four Comfort Bed® and free high-speed Internet access that reflects the promise of a brand and a look from within for needs of today's travelers.
The Grand Opening of Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Zaporozhye took place on October 27, 2011.
The developer of the project is Budhouse Group.
