Introduction:
Participants of the Master Class will be given an opportunity to learn about existing CRM systems and get a detailed insight into available methods of organizing and managing information, which influences the effectiveness of sales and overall success of the hotel. About the Expert:
After graduating from Federal Security Services Academy in 1995 Sergey worked in State Security Services. He then joined "Russkiy Alluminiy Management" Company, where he was responsible for creating and maintaining the IT security network. Sergey is in hospitality business for more than 10 years. He worked as Head of IT Department in Heliopark Group, held the position of General Manager of IT Center 'OPTIMA', and was the Head of IT Department in Orange Ring Hotel Management. Sergey Fomin joined Libra Hospitality as head for its Karyon (CRS and Distribution Services) division, and was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in 2006. Since 2008 Sergey is the Managing Director for Libra Hospitality.
