ASTARTA started harvesting campaign of early grain crops.

According to the results of the 4th survey of the standards and practices of corporate governance in Ukrainian public companies “Corporate governance standards – 2013” (Corporate Governance in Ukraine) of the investment company Concorde Capital ASTARTA recognized to be the company with the highest standards of corporate governance.

In the first quarter of 2013, ASTARTA demonstrated 29% growth of revenues to EUR 83 million. EBITDA increased 27% to EUR 23 million and Net profit by 33% to EUR 11 million.

In April 2013 management team of Astarta-Kyiv successfully completed studies at MIM-Kyiv.

Volumes of sales of sugar increased by 33%, grains and oilseeds by 21%, and milk by 29%. Revenues grew by 17% to EUR 354 million. Gross profit totalled EUR 83 million and EBITDA EUR 85 million.

Ukrainian-Polish Chamber of Commerce awarded ASTARTA with honorable symbol "Bulawa-2013" for significant contribution to development of the Ukrainian-Polish economic relations. The awarding ceremony took place on March, 6 2013 in Warsaw in the framework of Polish-Ukrainian Stock Exchange Forum.
