History

• 1991 - foundation of the MTI Company
• 1993 - opening of the first branded Sharp retail store in Ukraine
• 1994 - opening of the first certified branded Sony retail store in Ukraine, which was recognized as the best Sony store in Europe at the end of 1994

• 1995 - opening of the MTI service center
• 1997 - opening of the first branded retail shop 'MTI Direct' for sale of computer and office equipment in Ukraine
• 1998 - opening of the 'M-Byte' store, the first computer supermarket in Ukraine
• 1998 - award for the leading position of the company in the sphere of IT distribution in Ukraine. More than 70 world-known IT-product manufacturers are the partners of the company

• 1998 - MTI took the 1st place in the nomination "the Best retail seller" by the results of the newspaper "Business" rating "Top pros of the computer Ukraine-1998", 
• 2000 - MTI Company is recognized as the best computer and office equipment distributor in 1999 in Ukraine  according to the report of the Research Company PC Europe "1500 best distributors of the market of IT-technologies"
• 2000 - МТІ Technical Center started its operation in Kiev
• 2002 - putting into commercial operation the first B2B portal for online work with partners in Ukraine

• 2004 -  МТІ Technical Center has reveived the status of the National Technical Center (NTC) for Panasonic PBX products 
• 2004 - Foundation of the company "MTI Security Systems" providing the unique technological equipment and integrated engineering solutions to ensure the security of any business
• 2005 - MTI became the initiator founder of the Association of Information Technology Enterprises of Ukraine (apitu.org.ua)
• 2006 - the opening of the first in Ukraine Exclusive Samsung Service Centre
• 2007 - SI BIS, system's integrator in IT sphere, has joined the MTI group of companies

• 2008 - start of the commercial operation of the enterprise management system Oracle JDEwards EnterpriseOne
• 2008 - MTI Company has taken the 1st place in the nomination "Distribution and traders" in terms of net income by the branch IT- rating "TOP-100. Rating of the best companies of Ukraine" of the "Economics" publishing house
• 2008 - retail computer stores under the trade mark 'Protoria' are opened (www.protoria.ua)
• 2009 - MTI Technical Centre received the status of Exclusive Sony Vaio laptops Repair Center
• 2009 - SI BIS, the member of the MTI group of companies, took the 1st place in the nomination "Software" of the rating "ТОР 100. The best companies"

• 2009 - SI BIS is one of the leading system integrators on the territory of Ukraine according to the research of the IDC Company
• 2009 - the own modern "A" class automated logistics complex was put into commercial operation
• 2010 - MTI is recognized to be the best IT-distributor of Ukraine 2010 in the competition "Ukrainian IT-Channel Award 2010" held by the Association of Information Technology Enterprises of Ukraine (APITU), as well as by the "Channel Partner Ukraine" periodica
• 2010 - MTI Technical Centre was awarded the first place in "Service Centre" category during UKRAINIAN IT - CHANNEL AWARD 2010
