Gvozdiy & Oberkovych Law Firm became the title partner of the II-nd Annual summer Forum on public law which is held by the National Association of Ukrainian Attorneys for the second consecutive year. 10.06.2013 G&O specialists participated in the hands-on workshop on international tax planning and business structuring

Managing partner of “Gvozdiy and Oberkovych” Law Firm Valentyn Gvozdiy and Senior Associate Oleg Tarasiuk shared their experience about key aspects of Ukrainian legal court practice related to avoidance of double taxation and taxation of transactions in Ukraine between the business elements structured by making use of foreign jurisdictions. The report was presented at the workshop organized for managers and owners of various companies named: “International tax planning and business structuring: instruments and crisis management strategies for Ukrainian companies".

29.05.2013 Valentyn Gvozdiy was announced the Best Tax Lawyer
