Associate - Litigation PracticeJob requirements:
University Degree in Law from a reputable Ukrainian law school;
Perfect command of English, including professional legal vocabulary;
3+ years of legal experience, preferably with a law firm;
Work experience in litigation/criminal law, including representation of clients before courts (insolvency cases; corporate, contractual and labor disputes, property and tax litigation, etc.);
Team-player able to assist in a wide range of litigation matters;
Ambitious and self-motivated professional;
Strong client care and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Elaborating litigation strategy and appearing in courts on behalf of clients;
Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
Efficient case and project management;
Practice development and business development efforts.
