Watchdog

Since 2008, "Electronic Light" produces products such as "watchdog", designed to monitor equipment status and troubleshoot problems with the operation.

All manufactured watchdog timers have the following basic functionality:

  • Tracking the status of computer and application software, restarting in case of incorrect operation.
  • Startup / shutdown schedule.
  • Monitoring the temperature inside the case.
  • Event logging.

Depending on the model, the watchdog can have the following additional features:

  • Monitoring the availability of a network 220V (in the presence of an uninterruptible power supply) with the correct shutdown in the event of loss of power and automatic switching.
  • On / off system with an infrared remote control.
  • Switching peripherals (printer, cash acceptor itp, up to 8 devices) with the ability to reset each device separately.
  • GPRS-modem connection with the ability to restart the modem in the event of loss of communication.
  • Control and indicator light.
