Swedes were attracted to Ukraine because of the favorable for growing crops climate and proximity to ports. In 2010 holding was restructured and the company was headed by Dmitry Schults. At the end of 2011, the Group "TAS" bought out of the Swedish investment company "Kinnevik" share in the capital of "RoAgro" LLC. Today, the company is in full control of the "TAS" and continues to increase its volume of production, to expand its land bank. The company handles 26 thousand hectares of land in the three regions of Ukraine: Vinnitsa, Kirovohrad, Mykolayiv. The development strategy of agricultural holdings - growing of cereals and industrial crops. To do this company "RoAgro» was established and it operates performing centralized management of agro clusters, developing all the necessary for a progress systems and management methodology. Along with the development and modernization of the traditional methods of storing grain, for four years in holding is used modern technology of storage in polyethylene bags (silo bags). Experience with this technology has come together with Swedish investors. Silo bags can increase the storage capacity of grain and fully cover the domestic needs of the company. With an increase in the land bank to 50 hectares holding plans purchase (construction) of elevator branch of production. Enterprises belonging to the "RoAgro" LLC produce winter wheat and barley, corn, soybeans and sunflowers. At cultivation of agricultural crops is used the technology of agriculture with the classic plowing as well as the practice of direct seeding. Development plans include increasing the land bank up to 40-50 hectares.
