At the 1st stage of the Program - 8 months - you work as Trainee in different departments of the Store. At the 2nd and 3rd stages - 12 months and 12 months - the Trainees with best results develop in different functions: Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc. On successful completion of the Program Trainees are offered a Managerial position in one of Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine Departments.
