We search for Career Advisor with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Ensure that all employees achieve their full potential by keeping reasonable balance between their professional interests/capabilities and Company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the employee’s personal advisor during all stages of On-boarding:

-      Hiring Day;

-      Acquaintance with line managers and team;

-      SoftServe structure and processes presentation;

-      The first Performance Appraisal.

• Plan, organize and track outcomes of Performance Appraisals for employees in specified SBU;
• Help in identifying current and future professional gaps for the employees with the help of Performance Appraisal, Knowledge Evaluation and other assessment methodologies;
• Show employees and their managers a visual path of professional development and career opportunities they can follow over defined period;
• Advise and request a set of training and development programs to help employees prepare themselves for various positions in the career paths;
• Track Performance Appraisal and personal interactions results in specified Corporate Information Systems;
• Moderate monthly EPM Status meetings with Delivery Management to solve employee related questions (salary, promotion, rotation, etc) in specified SBU;
• Own EPM projects – create or assist in creation of new EPM Direcrtion areas\processes\tools or update existing ones;
• Build effective and continuous cooperation with SBU Managers and Centers of Excellence to ensure that all employees are in line with their and company interests;
• Escalate employee issues to appropriate stakeholders to ensure its’ efficient solving;

Education:

• Bachelor degree and above;
• Bachelor degree and above in Psychology/Sociology (desirable).

Specialized knowledge:

• General knowledge of IT company functioning;
• General knowledge of human psychology (Desirable)

Experience:

•  IT industry related previous experience (Desirable)
•  HR experience (Desirable)
