
ABACUS – is a project aimed at implementation of Dealer Management System (DMS) at Winner. Estimated time of development and implementation of the project is two years. This system will influence the work of almost all departments of our company and absolutely all dealers.
The purpose of designing a dealer management system is to create a centralized integrated system for car and parts sales and for aftersales servicing. The system includes all related transportation and finance operations, sales operations, document processing, planning, expenditure accounting and distribution, customer database, business, management and tax accounting, personnel planning and development, operational and analytic reports to management. Dealers can place their orders for cars and parts on the importer’s website, keep track of availability of certain car models and parts at other dealers’ warehouses. Movement of every item (car or part) will be monitored by the importer.
