Gide Loyrette Nouel advises Zagope Construction and Engineering S.A.

GLN Kyiv is advising Zagope Construction and Engineering S.A., one of the largest Portuguese construction and engineering companies, on an important PPP project in Ukraine relating to the extension of the Kiev Ring Road (from Stolychne Shose to the Kiev-Kharkov-Dovzhansky highway (M-03) on the Kiev-Boryspil section) to be implemented on the terms of concession within the National projects of Ukraine implementation plan. The project is of particular importance for Ukraine because the governmental authorities defined it as a "pilot concession" which will influence the implementation of similar projects in the country.

The project team is lead by Bertrand Barrier, partner of the Kiev office, and includes associates Yelena Stasyk and Oleksii Soloviov.
