Goldblum and Partners opens a new office in Kiev

A law firm Goldblum and Partners is glad to inform that we have opened a new office in Kiev.

In 2007 private practices were united under one name thus creating a brand new company. Now Goldblum and Partners is an association of lawyers and certified public accountants, who specialize in different branches of law. The company’s main areas of specialization are M&A, customs and tax law, commercial disputes, support for investment projects in Ukraine and abroad. Goldblum and Partners is already offering a wide range of services in its offices in Zug (Switzerland), Hamburg and Dusseldorf (Germany), Brussels (Belgium), Vienna (Austria). Goldblum and Partners offers its own know-hows in the field of international business, such as a Swiss joint-stock company registration in order to protect assets in Ukraine against hostile takeovers.
