Integrites resolved conflict between Galika Company and authorities

ILF Integrites acted as a legal advisor to Galika AG, the world's largest exporter of metal processing equipment, in litigation against the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The judgment of the Kiev Administrative Court of Appeal fully satisfied the claims of Galika AG and the actions of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and STS of Ukraine were recognized unlawful, and a special sanction in the form of the individual licensing regime of foreign trade in Ukraine was canceled. The team of associates of the legal firm Integrites included Olga Medvedskaya and Valentina Pilipenko managed by dispute resolution adviser Yulia Repina.
