Integrites defended interests of Lindstrom Group

ILF Integrites acted as a legal adviser to the office of Lindstrom Group in Ukraine on a commercial dispute. The team of associates included Alexiy Prudkiy, senior associates Yuriy Korchev and Valentina Pilipenko under the general guidance of managing partner Viacheslav Korchev. They represented the client’s interests in litigation against a servicing company. The subject of dispute was the improper performance of financial obligations by the latter.
