Club Dance - is a hot and dynamic mix of dance moves of popular dance styles which are used in the night clubs and parties!

Club Dance will help you to improve plasticity, coordination, body control skills, rhythm, as well as freedom of movement and expression!

Club Dance class includes the basic elements of popular dance styles (salsa, hip-hop, reggaeton, etc), the exercises for the development of plasticity and body control skills, and dance for different types of music.

ZUMBA® is a dance-fitness program that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Hip-hop, etc. The music selections include Latin and International music, combines fast and slow rhythms to create unique pleasure of dance and help tone and sculpt the body.

ZUMBA® classes are easy, enjoyable, it is design for everyone. You can join right away with any fitness level, age or background. Each class includes moves from different world dance styles and consists of warm-up, cardio workout and cool down.

Join us for this enjoyable, high-energy, full body workout. Improve your body tone, increase your energy level and build on your creative expression. This dance class will cover hip-hop moves, house basics, routines, stretching and improvisational techniques to help you discover your own individual way of dancing. Children ages 13+ and parents/caregivers welcome.
