III International Conference "Grain Industry in the 21st century" was held on November 20-22, 2012 in Moscow, Russia. Within the conference agenda such issues as challenges of the global market of grain and flour, investment in the agricultural sector, peculiarities of government regulation of the grain industry in Russia, meaning and consequences of Russia’s accession to the WTO in the context of agriculture were discussed.
