PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY "AKTABANK" was incorporated in 2008.

AKTABANK is a versatile financial institution. By virtue of Banking License No.243 issued by the National Bank of Ukraine on November 7, 2011 the Bank provides a broad range of banking products and services to legal entities and individuals.

In August 2009, PJSC "AKTABANK" obtained a license from State Committee for Securities and Stock Market (SCSSM) of professional securities market participant to engage in broker-dealer activities, depositary activity of securities custodian.

• A member of Interbankmonitoring and dealing system UkrDealing;

• A client of PJSC ’Union Securities Depository ", PJSC "The National Depository of Ukraine" and National Bank of Ukraine Depository, where the Bank maintains accounts as securities custodian./li>

Bank’s business activity high lights 2009 - 2012

PJSC "AKTABANK" is positioned 4th among 22 Ukrainian banks in the 3rd group of banks according to the National Bank of Ukraine classification. As of October 01, 2012 by the volume of assets the Bank is ranked 50th among 175 Ukrainian banks.

Headquartered in Dnipropetrovsk PJSC "AKTABANK" has developed wide regional representation network that includes 30 Regional Directorates and outlets in 8 major regions of Ukraine, namely: Dnipropetrovsk region – 17, Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia – 2 in each, and in Lviv, Kharkiv, Lugansk, Odessa and Poltava regionsone office in each. Moreover, in 2012 the Bank has ambitious plans to further expand its presence Ukraine-wide.

To meet constantly growing demand in banking market for high-quality and efficient customer services, the Bank has launched three majorbusiness lines:

Private Banking – offering banking and private wealth management to VIP clients;

Corporate Banking – services to corporate clients of various scopes of businesses (entrepreneurs, legal entities, notaries, advocates, etc);

Personal Banking – services to individuals.

The distinctive feature of PJSC "AKTABANK" servicing appears an individual approach to the client which is characteristic exceptionally of VIP-offices of other banks.

During the years 2011 and 2012 the Bank in accordance with its strategic target extensively expands the range of retail banking products. In 2011 with an aim to cut plastic cards manufacturing expenses and to increase the quality of card products PJSC "AKTABANK" launched Processing Center.

To satisfy the clients’ needs PJSC "AKTABANK" develops its network of ATMs and pay terminals, which are located mostly in shopping malls and operate 24 hours. Today this network enrolls 32 devices. PJSC "AKTABANK" is also a member of "Radius" network which operates over 3000 ATMs all over Ukraine.
