Contract and prepaid MTS subscribers can take advantage of this joint MTS and Raiffeisen Bank Aval program. 2. The program is open to JEANS, Ecotel and MTS contract subscribers. 3. Bonuses are charged to a working phone number only. If the number is blocked, temporarily disabled or not available, the bonuses will not be charged. 4. Bonuses are charged by the bank for all non-cash payments in trade and service networks in Ukraine and abroad made by “MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval” card. 5. Bonuses are added to MTS mobile account within two days after the purchase. 6. Mobile bonuses can be exchanged for goods and services under the Bonus MTS program. 7. Find out the updated information about the bonuses on your mobile account sending a USSD request * 110×14 # (for MTS contract suscribers) or * 777×1 # (for MTS subscribers) or free text message to number 20172 (for MTS prepaid subscribers ). Attention! This request shows the total amount of bonuses received by the MTS Bonus loyalty program and "MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval “Mobile Bonus MTS” loyalty program.

To open an “MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval” you should contact the nearest branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval to sign the necessary documents. 3. Necessary documents for “MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval” card opening: • valid passport of the citizen of Ukraine; • identification code of the taxpayer; • an income statement for the last 6 months. 4. In an application for a card you should indicate a valid phone number for the charge of MTS mobile bonuses.
