Procedure of Foreigners Entry and Stay

Aiming to provide a wide range of services for our member companies and focusing on the issues of the great importance for EBA business community the European Business Association in 2006 has compiled a comprehensive summary of basic procedures of entry and stay of foreigners on the territory of Ukraine.

This summary, being a systematisation of entry and stay procedures in clear and handy manner, became an extremely useful tool for our members serving not only as a time-saving document but also as a source of timely and professional update on any legislative changes in the area of concern focusing on the following issues:

Entry to the territory of Ukraine by foreigners:
