Post-Construction Utility Services
Starting from 1997 TMM Company maintains its completed projects. It enables the company to control their further exploitation and ensure the highest quality of service.
Maintenance services department of TMM provides a complex of services to all engineering systems and equipment - routine servicing and major repairs of buildings, cleaning and security, landscaping and gardening works.
Currently the company provides maintenance services to over 20 real estate objects.
Recreation Services
In order to provide an opportunity of spending a vacation in the Crimea to its employees and clients, TMM Company purchased, refurbished and put into operation several buildings of the former Sevastopol hotel in Yalta.
The complex is located in the centre of Yalta, at 16 L. Ukrainki Street, in a historical park at the foot of Darsan hill. The infrastructure of the complex includes a swimming pool, a sauna, a summer bar and a parking. Professional 24/7 security services are provided to the whole surrounding area.
Currently, TMM-Yalta summer hotel complex consists of two buildings. In 2007 TMM started the construction of the third building, which is now 95% completed. The 4-storeyed hotel includes 13 suites, a restaurant, a cafe and a conference hall.
