Maintenance and warranty service for coffee machines.
Technical equipment of the service centre and training of the personnel are appropriate for carrying out the whole range of repair and recovery work, as well as maintenance service for La Cimbali coffee machines of any makes. Technical work is carried out in conformity with technical documents of coffee machine manufacturer.
Warranty period is 12 months from the delivery date; it includes equipment sold by our company. Warranty covers replacement of spare parts or defective components. Warranty does not cover eventual outages or stoppages of the equipment because of normal wear and tear.
Warranty is not applied when equipment is not used in conformity with normal operating procedures, in the event of accidental occurrences, unauthorized modifications or adjustments, as well as anomalies and changes caused by voltage and/or hydraulic pressure peak.

Company-owned store of original spare parts provides a saving in time for repair works.
Trainings for coffee equipment distributors
Fully equipped study room for authorized trainings from Gruppo Cimbali and Lavazza holds up to 20 persons.There are demonstration copies of equipment in the room and also guidance materials and instructions. Thanks to this equipment, AFS can conduct technical workshops and trainings on any subjects related to Cimbali and Lavazza coffee equipment.Official representatives for products of Italian plants are usually invited to workshops on equipment.
