(France) in the course of the acquisition of “Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank” Public Joint-Stock Company (Ukraine) from Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank Global Banking (France). The work on the transaction included structuring the deal, drafting all transaction documents and advising on obtaining the regulatory approvals for closing the transaction.
