EBA HR School

The EBA would like to announce that the registration to the EBA HR School 2012 has started.

We are welcoming HR specialists whose work experience in the HR field is less than 3 years. The applicants are only the employees from the EBA member companies.

The aim of the HR school is to shape professional community of HR specialists by passing over the knowledge from highly qualified HR-experts to HR-beginners during closed meetings twice a month throughout 2012.The classes start at 9 a.m. or at 5 p.m. Class duration is 1,5-2 hours.

The EBA HR Committee Boardwill make decision regarding the participation in the Program. The EBA HR Board has a right to turn down the application in case candidate’s profile does not meet the participants’ requirements.

Speakers: The EBA HR Committee Board invites qualified experts to the speakers’ panel.

Certificate: Participants will receive the EBA HR Evening School certificates after accomplishing the program. Those participants who miss more than 2 sessions will not be granted the EBA HR Evening School certificates.

3. Performance management cycle;
4. Development & Training;
5. Career planning & talent management;
6. Retention and non-material motivation schemes;
7. Compensation & Benefits;
8. Corporate culture and internal communications;
9. Legal aspects of HR.

Participation fee is1500 UAH
