FCBU is created as a national institution aimed at decreasing the credit risks on the financial market and at extending the access to credits of the all the levels of the population. FCBU is limited liability company which includes Association of Ukrainian banks, 33 banks, 2 insurance companies, leasing company and CreditInfo Group. These 33 banks include the biggest banks of Ukraine, which are leaders on the credit retail market. Foreign experts estimated the market share of FCBU to exceed 70%. Corporate policy When defining the corporate policy of FCBU, it was decided that no participant can dominate decision making. The maximum part of a participant in the bureau statutory capital can not exceed 9%. The decisions on key issues of the Bureau, including pricing policy, are taken by the Supervisory Board of FCBU.
