Winner Leadership School is a project of the future Winner Corporate University.
The aim of Winner Leadership Schol project is to provide specific professional knowledge, create the system of employee experience consolidation, improve the experience and knowledge sharing process at the company. The Corporate University will become the center of corporate culture and philosophy, center of innovation and organization development.
The result of this project should be the system which will allow us not just to monitor, but plan and direct the development of the importer and dealerships. This means planning training on the basis of evaluation of employee individual knowledge and skills. We will focus both on developing professional skills and on studying individual psychological competences. Ideally, this approach will help the company turn recent university graduates into personnel reserve, and enable our employees to see their future in the company several steps ahead.
